These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Edaran Jayamas website and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before placing an order. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Edaran Jayamas Sdn Bhd; “you” refers to the customer.

Products
We sell books, workbooks, stationery, and related school and education products. We try to show product details, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour or packaging may occur, and images are for illustration.
Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a backorder, or a refund.
Prices
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
We take care to price products correctly. If we find a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order — it does not yet form a contract. The contract is formed once we accept your order and process payment.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is unavailable, there was a pricing error, or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is made online through CHIP, our payment provider. You can pay using the methods CHIP supports, which may include online banking (FPX), debit and credit cards, and e-wallets. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver within Malaysia. Shipping is free for all orders.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. We will share an estimated delivery time at checkout or by message. Estimated times are a guide, not a guarantee, and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Please give a complete and correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp at 018-579 1288 or by email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund you. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, logos, the Kapten Pintar mascot, graphics, and images — belongs to Edaran Jayamas Sdn Bhd or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website and our products with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or our products. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. The terms that apply to your order are those in effect when you place it.
