Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Edaran Jayamas. If something is wrong with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. (Return window to be confirmed by the client.)
What can be returned
To be accepted for a return, an item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
What cannot be returned
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect:
- Food items and hampers, including festive hampers
- Items that have been opened, used, or written in
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return postage in these cases.
How to start a return

- Tell us your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and give you return instructions.
Please do not send an item back before contacting us — returns sent without prior arrangement may not be accepted.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of sending the item back. For items that are faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we cover the return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will let you know if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through CHIP, our payment provider.
- Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
- Original shipping is free, so no shipping charge is deducted from refunds.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item — for example for a different variant — contact us and we will tell you what is available. Exchanges depend on stock.
